When people think of rugged 12-inch class Windows tablets, they generally think of Getac, Dell, Durabook, DT Research or Panasonic. But there are other options in that market as well. One is Tablet PC pioneer MobileDemand. While the company mostly deals in smaller 10-inch rugged tablets, MobileDemand also makes the handy 12-inch xTablet T1690, an Intel 12th generation "Alder Lake" based powerhouse of a tablet that weighs just 2.7 pounds.
